Have you ever wondered whether there's any connection between 'military' and 'intelligence'? Wouldn't it be nice if you could quantify that connection some way? Well one way of doing this is to take a large set of documents and look for how often those terms appear in the same document. Of course, you'll want to normalise the results in some way, like how often they appear by themselves. If only there were some sort of large collection of documents one could easily search.
